With Wellspring, team building events may be developed from concept to conclusion by experts in this field, whether at venues that specialise in teambuilding activities, at your office, during your conference or any venue of your choice.

Yes, we do offer adrenalin pumping, adventure-type activities, but we also offer team building activities are not physically challenging, instead they can be enjoyed by people of all ages and levels of fitness. After all it is about team work not bravery! These activities can be lawn or floor based and can even happen at your premises, indoors or outdoors.

ICE BREAKERS
Interesting, quick games that involve everyone – the Rope Circle, Multi-team Tug-of-War, Pass the Ball, Balloon Races, and other short, hilarious group dynamic activities.

CHOCOLATE MAKING
This will appeal to the ladies

MIND BENDERS
Giant Tangrams, Puzzle Boxes, the Diabolical Star, Jenga, Riddles and Brain Teasers, or the infamous UXB (‘unexploded bomb’) give the left side of the brain a workout.

GUMBOOTS AND RHYTHM
Get those feet tapping, and the hands moving! Experts will briefly instruct the group in the rhythms of Africa, and soon teams will be creating and performing their own mine dances’ in front of the rest. A wonderful, liberating experience.

THE COMPANY’S BIG SPORTS DAY
This is suited to groups from 50 or so to up to 500, and can take place on a full-on sports field. The teams take part in round-robin tournaments in a variety of sports, which can include Volley-Ball, Soccer, Blindfold Soccer, Touch Rugby, Cricket and similar; with some new concepts, such as Frisbee Golf, Archery, the Sightless Maze, Boules, Sheep Shearing and other novlel sports. Along with Tug-of-War, Sack and Egg races, Discus and Javelin, Rock Climbing, a 75m Foofy Slide (zip wire), Paintball Games and, as a grand finale, a Potjie competition.

CHALLENGING TASKS
Teams have to overcome a number of tasks to accumulate points and clues to move onto the next section while participating in tasks such as wall climbing, group dynamics, go-karting and loads of other fun and exciting games such as sliding down fireman poles and doing science experiments.

DIVING WITH SHARKS
How's this for a unique teambuilding activity? Also offered are shark or ocean awareness courses for non divers & divers. Focus is on the conservation and educational aspect for the knowledge seeker.
