The advent of globalisation and the knowledge worker age requires a new breed of Leader. Organisations no longer have an advantage based on their geographical location, or the products or services that they offer. The only competitive advantage that organisations of the future will have will be in their people. Throughout the history of the world, the ego of man has lead to greed, fear and the need for power. This has dramatically influenced the way we lead and the way we develop our people. For organisations to succeed in today’s challenging environment every individual needs to learn to shift, adapt and transform themselves, to take responsibility and to lead. |
